I found <a href="http://refit.sourceforge.net/" rel="nofollow">http://refit.sourceforge.net/</a> which makes dual booting simple both OSX and Ubuntu, or of course you can just run it as a VM. Ethically I would love to switch but unless I run Adobe apps in Wine I can't do my job without OSX. I recently compared OSX to Ubuntuand was very impressed.
