		<description>I'm in the Uk and used it fine - you just need to enter a US state and zip code. I searched Google for "zip code WY" to get a list of matching Wyoming zip codes. Hey presto, bargain 256KB  DRM-free music downloads until the industry tells Amazon to close it to UK credit cards, like iTunes does (or the dollar gets more expensive to us Brits)</description>
