		<description>I've used the "display fix the fields marked in xxxx" error message before on different sites, but what I've also done afterwards is placed an unordered list of links whose href attributes are #fieldId.

I then apply a CSS class to the list with a display:none
That way people who don't have CSS who cannot see the different color outline will see the list.</description>
