		<description>You strike me as someone who would appreciate Quicksilver, check it out http://quicksilver.blacktree.com at it's simplest description its a keyboard launcher for anything on your computer, but really it can do much much much more thanks to its plug-ins.

Also, if you really want to have a screenshot go to your clipboard rather than to a file, look at this Mac OS X Hints page, add the control key to the key combo for screenshots and it will go to your clipboard.
